Kung Fu Rookie – Timuchin

Kung Fu Rookie (a.k.a. Timuchin) follows Timuchin, a young man who, after returning to his home town, decides to join the police force and start his adult life. However, he’ll soon come to discover that things won’t be as easy as he hopes to as he finds himself dealing with a criminal gang that will take things further every time they meet until he has no other choice but to take down the entire operation by himself. The way to do it? Through fists and kicks.

A love-letter to both Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee, this is a badass action flick that takes us all the way to Kazakhstan, showing us some of its interesting places and cultures… while throwing plenty of crazy action stunts that would make its two heroes proud. A light-hearted but always entertaining piece, this film should satisfy any Kung Fu fan searching for some fun.
